CONDEMNING DISSIDENT AUTHORS TO DEATH
by Vin Suprynowicz
FULTON'S COMMENTARY ON THIS ARTICLE: |
In his column, Vin Suprynowicz tells a story--and it isn't a pretty one. In fact, it is wrenching account of some individuals imprisoned for the medical use of marijuana.
Laws forbidding the use of drugs are an abomination and must be repealed. They are a violation of an individual's right to life, of the right to follow your own judgment, to live your life without seeking the permission of others. Drug laws have played a major role in the decline of freedom in America and have brought us the deaths of innocent individuals killed outright by state authorities searching for drugs.
Now these authorities threaten the lives of two individuals who, according to their physicians, must use medical marijuana to prevent nausea so they can keep their medication down. So much for the alleged humanitarian concerns of statists.
